My husband and I were securing a loan from our home in PA. All our dealings with Seymoine were long distance via phone and email. In spite of that, she ensured we received all the pertinent information in a timely fashion. She provided documentation and answered all our questions quickly and thoroughly. Although I knew that it was likely that our mortgage would be sold to another institution, I sure will miss dealing with Seymoine. Her follow-up, mastery of the mortgage types and processes, and her outstanding communication skills made our application process easier than we anticipated. Often, if I was very worried about something, I would call her. She would walk me through my issues and I always felt much more educated and less worried after our conversation.

Shelia's Tip: Be patient, what ever they ask for, just get it. Don’t give up. It’s a process but it’s well worth the wait. I have people living right next door to me renting there place for way more than what my mortgage is. It’s crazy.....Be kind to the mortgage company when they call and ask for information that they may need. It’s a reason they need it😉
