Greatest experience ever
I wanna start by saying that from the very beginning I never had a problem. This being my first home I felt that every precaution was taken to make sure my experience was AMAZING. I can not express how wonderful Tina Jackson was. Every question,every piece of paperwork that I didn't understand or needed Tina was there. My life has changed since meeting Tina and I am very grateful for her productivity and commitment. If you want to actually get something done in this crazy environment of Las Vegas you need a professional that can do things fast and Tina Jackson is that professional. She is one of a kind and there is no one else I would trust to help guide me through such a process.

Professional AND Personable. We are highly satisfied with Tina and how the loan process was handled (from beginning to end). Tina kept the communication lines open 24/7 and ALWAYS made us feel at ease. She was just as excited about us closing on our home and the different programs offered and she made us feel comfortable during the whole process. Explained EVERYTHING, very detailed oriented, so we knew why, what, when, and how it all was going forward. We could ask her anything and she would answer all our questions. Very personable. Very positive. In today's market, we were faced with some challenges, however, she kept us encouraged! We knew that we were in excellent hands! She was always well prepared. We are grateful to have had Tina as our loan officer! She went ABOVE AND BEYOND.

This was my 3rd loan closing and it was a phenomenal experience! Gordon and Laura's communication, service, and professionalism exceeded my expectations. They were always available to answer questions. I appreciated the e-cards for various holidays - it added that extra touch to say "thank you for your business and I'm thinking of you during your process". Gordon took time out of his schedule to show up to my closing, which was a first and greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend Gordon and Laura - their teamwork was simply exceptional!
