Generally, very satisfied. I found the near closing very frustrating- as the title company told me she (Robin) had all the documents to FBC, Ashley from FBC complained that Robin had not completed her tasks. I was also dismayed that Ashley continued to tell me to "wire more than the closing statement amount and we will reimburse you at the closing"- the figures for exact closing amount were not forthcoming from FBC until 36 hrs before closing date. This did not promote confidence of sound business practice.

over the past year, My credit card debt got crazy... I paid my bills on time, but the balance never ever went down and made it very discouraging. I really needed to pull money out of my home and pay this debt off. I had been shopping around for a lender, and Michael is the ONLY one that really took initiative to make contact and truly help me out in process. Though it took longer to close than was promised, it all went smoothly.
DeAnna's Tip: Promise less, deliver more. Though I know up front you dont always know what exact numbers will be, people are making important financial decisions based on the numbers you provide. ITs far better for the numbers to improve over the course of escrow than to spiral in the other direction... ex I was told this was a 3 week escrow that turned into 5... no bueno...

Chera did an amazing job of explaining the options to a first time home buyer like me. She was literally available for questions or concerns 24/7 on her personal cell. She went above and beyond to get me the best mortgage package and the lowest cash to close possible, even up to the last minute day of. I would recommend her and FBC to any home buyer that wants quality service and someone who is going to have your back through out the entire buying process.

We can't say enough good things about the experience and personal attention that we received from Jackie Hohman. She held our hand throughout the entire process and demonstrated her knowledge and expertise by her unyielding focus on getting our mortgage loan processed and completed. This type of customer service is far too rare; we will use her each time we have mortgage related issues and questions in the future. Hang on to this young lady - she's a keeper!

Excellent Communication and Coordination for a First Time HomeBuyer
After determining that I wanted to start the loan process with FBC Mortgage to buy my first home, I realized that I had made the right choice. I spoke with Chris Hartman to receive my Mortgage Pre-Approval letter very quickly and felt confident that they were taking into consideration the budget that I wanted for all my expenses in purchasing the home. Once I had found a home that I wanted to buy, Matt Andre called and talked me through the process. I received multiple emails of where the status of the loan was and saw great coordination between the Legacy Title Company which was holding the escrow and Sihle Homeowner's Insurance, which I had chosen to provide the insurance. I was able to get everything taken care of early and overall the process was pretty stress-free thanks to FBC Mortgage!
Andrea's Tip: Work with a knowledgeable Realtor whom you trust. We worked with Dave Zembala. He had a great resource list where we found FBC Mortgage.
