The FBC team did a fantastic job for my wife and I. We had a $5K incentive from the seller to close by March 31st. We nailed it. I've bought 4 houses in my life and this was the first time the closing happened on the original closing date. Great communication with prompt replies from the FBC team. Nice to have folks in your corner that know who you are, so you can call them with questions and they actually know the answers - you don't get that with the huge banks.
Matthew's Tip: Get your paperwork scanned in and ready, save it on a cloud, so when they need something you can get it over quickly.

To whom this may concern, We advise anyone, if they are looking into purchasing a home go by and talk with Ms. Mary first, because we started out using Fairway mortgage in 2014 and she was given s the run around. A realtor told us to try Ms. Mary at FBC, she is the miracle worker. We started working with Ms.Mary in 2015, she told us everything to do, and when we would be able to close. We closed in March 2017 all because of her. Thanks

I was hesitant to use this lender because I was used to another company but Courtney was awesome! She was very quick, encouraging, and had us pre-approved in days. At one point (not due to her actions) it appeared the deal was going to fall through, but she worked with both realtors to save the sale. We were very happy to have Courtney on our side!

I was very impressed with Ana Maria from my initial introduction. She explained the process very clearly and stayed with me through to the end. During the process we had many things to do at the last minute to be on time for our closing date. Ana Maria was always there for me on a daily basis coordinating and answering my calls e-mails and messages promptly .She always kept me updated with my status or any future needs so that I had time to prepare and respond. I am very pleased with the service I received from FBC...Karen was super responsive, down to earth, prompt and courteous. I was a bit nervous as this was my first out of state purchase and having never dealt with a lender only by email/phone. Matt and his team made our refinance fast and easy...even though we made several changes they were able to get us closed quickly and painlessly. I think what makes the process so smooth is the communication between the team and us. Emails were answered immediately.
