We needed to do a refi & were unsure of what would be the best option. Trusting our mortage lender, Carmen, she reviewed all our financial options with us, & advised us on which would be best for us. We were able to receive a larger refi than we had hoped for. Carmen & her team are a 10+ Rating & would never think of using anyone else for such an important decision. We would highly recommend Carmen Vogt & her amazing team for you mortage or refi.

Horrible Customer Service
To start, communication was terrible and we had to send the same documents multiple times. The information we provided either didn't make sense to her or she didn't care to listen, because she kept giving us push back on what we wanted. She refused to lock in our interest rate when I had a 30 day window before closing. When I suggested to lock in our interest rate at 5.75% she refused and this was late in the week. On Monday afternoon, I reached out to her in order to ask about locking in my rate. She told me that she already did it that morning and did it without my permission. My mother then took my phone to talk to Barbara about her locking my rate without my permission and told my mom to be quiet. Barbara stated that I gave her permission in a text message and as my mother was reading my conversation between Barbara, I never gave her permission. Barbara then stated that she did not need my permission. Instead of getting a better interest rate of 5.75%, Barbara locked me in at 6.625%, which is ridiculous.
John's Tip: Barbara Dini needs to be disciplined for her actions that resulted in me having an interest rate almost 1% higher than it should have been and Barbara needs to be retrained on how to do her job as well as how to communicate and treat her customers. I will say though, Andrea Gilley was the processing manager for our loan and she was absolutely amazing. She helped fix all of our problems. She was always on top of communicating with us and keeping us informed literally every step of the way. I would not have closed on my house if it wasn't for her. Andrea Gilley made it possible for my wife, daughter, and I to move into our very first home. Thank you to her!

I want to start by saying that Mark was incredibly spectacular at what he does!. I am an ARMY Vet looking to finance a house and mark helped me every single step of the way! He was very detailed on explaining the process to me and helping me what the good routes to take. He was very respectful, patient, and honest with me. He went out of his way to help a vet who does not know anything about financing a house. He made sure that I have all the documents I needed to complete the process!
