After months of searching and multiple offers turned down, I was ready to throw in the towel. My realtor found a great house that my family and I fell in love with, but of course, it had multiple offers. It was down to my offer and another cash offer and the listing agent reached out to Chris to discuss my preapproval. The sellers felt so confident in his team working on my file that they chose my offer over the cash one! I finally had an offer accepted and now had to not-so-patiently wait the 30+/- days to close. Imagine my surprise when just 10 days later Chris let me know we'd be able to close early. In the end the team was able to get me closed and in my new house in just 15 days! I can't say enough great things about everyone at FBC. The whole team was a pleasure to work with and made this a positive experience. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family!
