My experience with FBC Mortgage was not satisfactory at all. I have bought many properties in the past, all new construction, and this was by far the worst experience I've ever had with a lender. Pretty low rating on customer service.

From the very beginning of the process, Kelly Taylor's team member, Brady was on it! He was communicative, efficient, positive and always helpful. Brady allowed me to ask all of my questions and he always was responsive. He even answered after hours and this was not expected. I then had the pleasure of working with team members on the insurance side, documentation needed side, and other sides. Every person I worked with was amazing and made every step as easy as possible. Even on the closing side. My closing date was fast, as we had sold our home and FBC was on it and worked so very hard to assure the timeline was met, even when it was outside of the norm. Getting through the loan process
I believe this is our fourth home purchased and we have used FBC with Team Matthew McDuffee every time. Like always Matt and his team were very professional, courteous and helpful getting through the process. We had a couple of hiccups but we worked through them and were able to close on house in time.
