What an incredible team at FBC! However, I need to give a specific shout out to David. David was the most wonderful person to work with as we secured our loan. He was personable, kind, patient, knowledgable and fought extremely hard to get us into our first home! I am completely blown away with his hard work and patience as he helped navigate us as first time buyers. I could never thank David enough for everything he did for me and my family. Very trustworthy (this coming from a self proclaimed sceptic), and very flexible. 10/10 would recommend!

High rates. Poor service
Used them as they were preferred lender for builder and only way to get some incentives. In retrospect, not worth it due to higher rates and poor service. Despite several requests to either allow me to (a) upload the second round of confidential documents (similar to what i could do with the first round), or (b) send them via encrypted microsoft email; the only option was to send them by fax or unencrypted email or mail! So, ended up faxing 30+ pages by fax. Sad that their systems are so outdated. Once it made it to the loan processor, it was much better.
Rajesh's Tip: If you want to use them to benefit from their status as a preferred lender for your builder, reconsider your options again.

Smooth Loan
