Josh is courteous, knowledgeable, and understands the fears and frustrations his clients may be feeling, so he explains each step clearly which took away an anxiety we had about it. Josh was so helpful to me and my through the entire process. We were new to this real estate stuff and we had a TON of questions. I sent him a message at 7am and he responded right away. I sent him one at 10pm thinking he would get to it in the morning, nope replied right away. I swear the man never sleeps!!! Even at times I was getting frustrated and worried the loan may not go through for some reason, Josh was right there to calm me down and explain what the process was. He is a awesome guy and feel like I not only got a home, but got a friend in the process as well. I highly recommend Josh for all your housing needs!
