Easy refinance
After being in my home for two years, I knew it was time to refinance. Since I had my initial FHA loan with FBC Mortgage, it was a logical first stop. A Fast and Smooth Process
We went to our loan officer for to refinance our house. As the title says, it was very fast and smooth, about three weeks from application to closing on the loan. We always had timely communication of anything coming up, and Amy was always there to answer our questions. There were a couple of hiccups, there always are, but the whole team was spot-on and we overcame them all pretty seamlessly!

Jeremy Morriss, the Loan officer was great! Sabina Soto was horrendous! Very little communication, would not return calls, delayed our closing over 2 months--ridiculous! Ms. Soto has to be the most unprofessional person I have dealt with and I have closed on 9 properties.

John and his team are awesome I was working with freedom mortgage at first and they ended up saying they needed more money and raised prices and rates. Well that being said I started thinking of not going through on buying the home until I was referred to Jon Fosgate with FBC him and his team made it very easy and fast and completely comfortable I had a pre approval in less then a hour and had it to underwriting in just a few days. They also ended up saving me a lot of money and made sure I did was right for my family and I. I can’t thank FBC and John and his team enough. Thanks so much! Next time I’m looking for a home loan I won’t call anyone but John Fosgate as well as telling everyone I know about him and his team!
