First contact from Scott was way after business hours as he went out of his way to get me started on the road to homeownership. His staff has stuck by my side throughout the process and there were many stumbles along the way - only a couple were on FBC; otherwise, was a very informative and helpful process. It's not a simple process but they do stick with you and communicate with you constantly along the way.

As with all transactions of this type we had some hiccups along the way. Edna from FBC and her team were always there to help us over those speed bumps. Communication was excellent, and Edna and her team are pure professionals. I would easily use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for a loan. We have purchased many homes over the years but have never had the lender come to closing to help up thru the pile of paperwork and tell us the loan had been funded and we would have keys in a couple of hours.

Second house in Las Vegas that FBC closed for my parents, it was the trickiest and hardest since it’s the third house my parents own in the US, without the long patience and hard work of Ms. EDNA GALANG GARCIA and here team I don’t think it wouldn’t happen! But they made it happen, with their best service even for out of state and last changes for the property they made it happen.
