Jeni was really great to work with! She is extremely responsive and made sure to forward my queries on to her colleagues if she was out of the office. She was quick to send me mortgage estimates of places I was interested in. Once we got started in the process, she made sure all my questions were answered and helped me work through a tough spot in the process. Overall, she made the whole process easy and now I am a proud homeowner!
Courtney's Tip: The only thing to know is that FBC will sell your loan, as they do not service it themselves. If having a local agency service your loan is important to you, then you will want to look elsewhere. Otherwise, FBC was super great to work with!

Returning Customers - New Mortgage
Hello, We are a returning customer of FBC. We used FBC to purchase our previous home, as well as the home we just purchased last month. Overall, we have been pleased with FBC; however, were disappointed in our rate. We ended up receiving a more competitive rate quote; however, did not have the time to switch lenders and still close on our scheduled date. Since we were also selling our current home and our sellers and buyers were also on a strict timeline, we reluctantly proceeded with our loan at the higher rate, which unfortunately I am disappointed about and regret.
