This is one of two reviews I have ever done and have chosen to do so, as buying a home is a milestone in a person’s life and in hopes of helping others select the best lender (Miguel Castro) to get successful results. After experiencing the stress, struggles and failed efforts to get approved for a home loan with several other lenders in the past, we were fortunate to finally meet Miguel Castro, with FBC Mortgage, LLC. Miguel worked closely with us and provided easy to understand and concise information he required from us to begin processing our home loan. He explained the details of what we needed and why it was necessary, as well as, step by step instructions on how to do it. There are not enough words or time to express all the good about Miguel. Getting a home loan creates an overwhelming amount of pressure and uncertainties. Miguel was extremely patient and understanding throughout the whole process. Miguel readily made himself available to our calls and concerns. He genuinely cared and did everything to help present the best representation of our financial situation. Where other lenders failed, Miguel, was successful in giving us the best possible opportunity to get a home loan approval and quickly put us in a position to compete, win and closed the deal in 26 days! David and Team thanks to all your hard WORK we are now happily in our new Home! After several years of renting and having a Bankruptcy that included our prior home. We were finally able to obtain our dream home to raise our kids in. David and team were extremely knowledgeable about our situation and even went to explain every detail. David and team also were knowledgeable about explaining Cavirs and even went so far to call us during non working hours to ease our fears and concerns. Its also worth noting that they made sure to help locking in a rate that we were comfortable with! Not many Mortgage companies I know of will be okay with loosing some of their profits to ensure their client is happy. We locked in at a great rate!

The Stinson Team was very professional and helpful for the most part. There were a few hiccups due to our unique situation but they managed to worked through the kinks quickly and we ended up closing as scheduled. They were pretty flexible when necessary so happy to have worked with them.
