Great customer service
Great experience with loan officers. My only constructive criticism I have to offer is concerning their website for uploading documents for the loan. There is no way to see what you have uploaded to keep track. Not the biggest issue in the world, but if they could fix this it would be helpful.

The overall experience was very stressful. It made it even more stressful that we had a hard time getting in touch with Quinta. We were ready to just say forget the whole thing and start over with someone else. That's when Barbara Gonzalez came into the picture. If this lady is not employee of the year, she should be. She stayed in contact with me on basically a daily basis. Keeping me informed and updated. She talked to me liked she really cared about us, and just not about the business. She understood my stress level and had a great knack for keeping me stress free. The only sad thing is when everything was complete, we didn't get to talk with Barbara any more. Thank you for having such a wonderful and knowledgeable person on your staff. I will refer anybody to FBC mortgage because of her.
Donald's Tip: I know Quinta had health issues. But when she is not there, someone needs to step in shoes and follow up with her customers.

My husband is a USMC Infantry veteran and we have 2 kids together 4 years old and 16 months old. When we began our home buying journey we were told so many different things from different lenders, nothing they advised pointed us in the right direction. We were very worried and frustrated that we wouldn't be able to buy a house for our family because every lender until Annmarie told us we wouldn't be able to accomplish home ownership until 2-3 years. We we were currently living with my husband's parents to save for a home so that time frame longer than we wanted to hear. Just as we were about to call it quits and start looking for rentals again, we were directed in Annmarie's direction. I explained to her our experience and that I wasn't expecting to hear anything different from her than the other lenders. A day or so had passed after I submitted everything she requested that she told me we were pre-approved for an amount that I believed to be untrue. She remained so committed, dedicated, motivated and genuine. She gave us advice, referrals for services we needed during the process and always kept us informed every step of the way. The entire time we communicated via phone and email and we finally met on our closing day, and she was just amazing. I have nothing but great things to say about Annmarie, she is truly a wonderful person and very passionate about assisting her clients. We adore her!
