Almost perfect!
After having a nightmare for our last home mortgage this was pretty smooth sailing. We did end up switching to conventional very last minute from FHA but we were still able to close on time. Nancy was great thoughout the process and the issues we had were the underwriter not Nancy. Will work with her again!

What a great experience
I am no stranger to the mortgage process having purchased a few homes in the past. The process with FBC mortgage was streamlined, efficient and friendly. There were no hassles and every document they asked for could be uploaded with ease. Lauren Domin and her HEATH team were truly incredible. You felt like they were routing for you all the way... they really want you to get your mortgage at the best rate possible. All questions were answered almost immediately and the best possible mortgage solutions were explained so you can make an informed decision on the best way to proceed for your future.

As a first time home buyer, I felt a bit out of my depth going into the whole process. Lisa and her team made the entire process seem anything but daunting. They were readily available to knowledgeably answer any questions I had regarding my loan, and their responses were always returned promptly. In addition, because I only had a little less than a month to go through the whole closing process (before I had to move out of my residence at the time), they had to operate on an accelerated schedule. Lisa and her team were not only able to have me clear to close on time, but managed to do so a week early! They worked around the clock and gave me their timely attention to ensure that they obtained all the appropriate documentation necessary to close. Wonderful Experience
The whole loan process seems very daunting and overwhelming from the outside looking in. And I can imagine with some lenders it is. However, Matt Andre and his entire team, made the process and experience anything but. They were welcoming, open to answering questions, quick to respond and be available for assistance. Went out of their way to communication and explain the steps and items that were needed, and everyone was just so nice! They really were a pleasure to work with, and they made this experience an exciting part of our journey into our dream home! We appreciate all of their assistance, and would absolutely recommend them!
