I have had the pleasure of working with April Platner on more than one occasion, and I have to say I wouldn't do it any other way! As a busy mom, it is such a relief to have someone working for you, ironing out the details, and holding your hand through the process when necessary. She is extremely professional, and at the same time relatable. I feel like I have made a friend! When the time comes and we purchase another home, we will no doubt use April for all of our loan needs!

I wish I had met Jennifer years ago. I received her name and number from my realtor, called and was pre approved in minutes. We had a few moving parts to our loan and she acted like nothing was a big deal. My husband and I always think we are ahead of the game, but Jennifer was always ahead of us. This is our third home purchase and I never knew it could be this smooth. I feel like we did nothing and she did everything. She had a team of people that respond to every email immediately. We felt taken care of and protected thru the entire process. She was literally always one phone call away. We greatly appreciate all her time and patience with us!!

New home construction loan
At first with Jennifer the calls were infrequent. But once Devi helped it all improved. Sucks that they could pay all closing cost. We had to pay over $8000. When we were told by sales person at Maronda homes that their mortgage company would pay closing cost. I will say FBC Mortgage was always ready and efficient, and worked very well with Title company.
Delsey's Tip: Don't always expect the in house mortgage for the builder to pay closing cost in full. It doesn't work like that. They will more than likely take a greater chance than another bank because of builder bank relationship.

Re-fi with great loan offices, bad back office and management.
Loan officers are great, but the back office has no clue what they are doing. Get ready to wait and have false information sent to you. The circus of workers behind the scenes causes more issues. After you call the main office in Orlando they start to get things moving, but not until. Again the Loan Officer side is outstanding, but they are kept out of the communications loop also. This could be a great company if proper training and management to the process side of the loan was done.
