I had the pleasure of working with Meg throughout the craziness that is called home buying, only thing is: my experience was not crazy at all. Meg could not have been more professional or more on top of her game the entire time. As someone who works under deadlines and strict time frames, I understand what it is to need to get items completed on time, and she did exactly that. There was never a moment where I didn't feel that things were getting handled on her end. If I had this to do over again, I would definitely choose Meg to help me through it. Ryan did a great job, all around keeping me informed on the process and giving me accurate deadlines of when things would be done. Ryan and his team really went above and beyond to get me the mortgage I needed in a timely fashion.

Nothing exceedingly bad or good to say
I had used Carl on a previous real estate transaction, so I went with him again. I felt like I had to reach out to him and his team often, to help guide my loan along. I didn't get really any personal connection with him at all, as I mostly communicated with his assistants and processors. I would've given him 4 stars had my loan my loan closed on the Friday I'd specifically asked for all along, vs the Monday after. I usually wouldn't be so specific, but I really tried hard to help in every way I could to get it done on time and I feel like there wasn't any real reason it couldn't have been done. It held up our moving process by a week and everything became rushed. Otherwise, the processor was really helpful and I had a good experience.
Kristin's Tip: Stay on top of them, make sure you're asking constantly if there is anything else you can do to help speed the process, otherwise it may take longer than necessary.
