I am so happy with my first expirience buying a home was so fast and no problems.
Me and my wife can't believe how simple and great was our experience in getting our loan with FBC. I really can't believe the great APR I received and low monthly payment, they really did a super job I recommend them to all my family and friends. my brother is going with them now also to purchase his first home.

Easy, Convenient, and surprisingly cheap!
I was working with BB&T originally, but their numbers were a bit high for my liking. I checked with Quicken loans, but found them to be a bit high pressure in their tactics, and impatient when I had to hit the pause button due to various circumstances. In comes FBC mortgage. They were friendly and open with all the charges and expectations. Their financial obligation was no greater than Quicken loans, and I knew that I had people that I could call up if I needed anything, and an actual brick and mortar establishment I could go into if necessary. Overall, they made the process a breeze!
Jordan's Tip: Call FBC first before wasting time with bigger companies.

Poorest Loan Process Ever
FBC as a whole was the worst mortgage company I have ever dealt with in over 35 years of buying and selling homes. They were unable to ever provide a final and clear list of demands for information some of which was highly questionable if it was even legal for them to demand it. They continually made errors on forms, slow to respond to my requests. When I finally demanded to speak to a supervisor despite being promised that person would call me they never did. What was supposed to be a three week loan process lasted nearly two months due to their incessant demands.
Kevin's Tip: Stay as far away from FBC as possible. even though they may offer you discounts and credits in the end it was not worth it.
