After purchasing two homes in the last two years from Johnny, I couldn't be happier! From beginning to end, the communication between Johnny, his assistants Susan Gibbs was beyond exceptional. I would highly recommend to anyone to Johmny and Susan.
Christina's Tip: Whether you have a simple question or complicated one, Johnny and Susan always explained everything clear so I was in full understanding of the process. When buying a home, it can be stressful if you don't have a great relationship with your lender, he's not a bank that treats you like a number, Johnny would text me and email me just to check in on me and that meant a lot and definitely earned my business again!

Christine and her team Karen and Melissa are really a great lender team. I could have gone with my local bank or credit union but I was glad I was referred to FBC. They matched the interest rate and you can't beat the prompt communication skills. Every step of the way they have gone above and beyond explaining to me all the details for the nervous first time homebuyer. Christine was always available for questions and breaking down every number and even at the end fixed an issue with the title company for me while I was at work. Will highly recommend anyone looking for a home loan!

Fast, easy process!
This was the easiest refinance we've ever done. Almost everything was accomplished on FBC's secure website...even the documents that had to be wet-signed were handled online or by fax. The closing was held at our attorney's office, and went off without a hitch! Kenneth Baltes, our Loan Officer, was very professional, and communicated with us regularly throughout the process. Couldn't be more pleased!
