This is our 7th house that we had purchased and by far the easiest mortgage company to work with. I have been and still am in Afghanistan and Matt made the whole process easy for my wife. I could have not been any more grateful to Matt for making our home purchase as stress free as he made it for my wife. I would urge anybody that was in the market for a mortgage to use Matt Andre.

The people couldn't have been nicer; too bad some of them weren't very efficient. Maybe every loan company is like that, but I got really tired of submitting documents over and over and over again.

FBC Mortgage closed on my mortgage in a very short amount of time - 21 days to be exact. I sent them everything they asked for and they took it from there. I've read stories where people were requested the same information over and over, I didn't get that at all from FBC. It was easy to upload everything to their website. When I emailed them asking questions for clarification, they were quick to respond and were nice and informative - they didn't talk to you like you were stupid. Good job FBC!
