I needed a quick turnaround on a new vacation home purchase. While many said they could do it I felt comfortable in Matt and his team at FBC as they did a great job last year for both my mother and son. Not only did they get it done in less than 30 days, they called and were ready to close a week earlier than the agreed upon closing date. They keep me posted every step of the way.
