FBC Mortage your first choice!
We first went to a bank when we were trying to buy a house. The experience was ok. Nothing personal, they took our information and told us they would contact us about the loan. They sent us an email which was not personal At All! Luckily that house fell through. We found our dream home and we had the pleasure of working with Fbc Mortage. They had us submit everything online but the customer service was amazing. Steve Davenport worked with us and we spoke frequently. When we got an email from Janie Myers and started talking with her, she was just as great. They are here to help you. I am very thankful for all of the people that helped us to get our dream home, Thank You.

Good grief!!!
The ink has not yet dried on our HUD statement. We have not even had our first trash collection. Our first mortgage payment is not even due yet and yet our mortgage has already been sold by FBC to another company. So much for building relationships!!!
