There were so many problems with this purchase. The seller had some very large issues which pushed the closing back two and a half weeks. Matt and Chris at FBC held our rate without any cost to us, were understanding and helpful throughout the entire process. A++ for being great people and not needing to worry about our financing. If you go with FBC you will not be disappointed.
