From our first phone call to the final approval FBC Mortgage was very professional and very responsive to our phone calls and questions. The process was extremely easy and as it stated in one of our first correspondence from FBC "Sit back, relax and enjoy" which we did and we were not disappointed.

From the very beginning of the loan process Matt Andre was super helpful and was always available to answer any of my questions (I had a lot as a first time home owner). They offered me a lower rate than any of the other lenders I was looking into in the area. The loan closed on time and the process was pretty much stress free! The mortgage team that was involved in processing our loan was attentive and returned our phone calls in a timely manner. They kept us apprised of the status of the loan and it was a pleasure working with them.
Steven's Tip: Be sure that the lender is made aware in advance if you are doing a mail away closing. Our loan did not receive final approval until the day before closing which made for a hectic time to get the paperwork signed and returned for closing.

I normally don't write reviews, but I wanted to share my great and painless experience in getting financing for my first home. Matt Andre and his team of Chris Hartman, Tracey Machtolff, and Jessica Arnwine were great. Everything was crisp, correct, and fast. We were ready to close before the seller was. FBC had the best rate out of the 8 banks, mortgage brokers, and other financiers I obtained quotes from.
