I had never heard of FBC Mortgage LLC - Florida before. It was recommended to us through our title company and I am glad they did! They are really the best at what they do. I worked with Matt Andre and I honestly thank him for all his help in getting us the loan. We really appreciate his work ethic and wish him much success. If I need any other service in the future I would most definitely come back! I will also be recommending them to family and friends since I can't think of any other bank that works so efficiently. I'm very greatful to do business with FBC. Very easy and fast process. Closed my re-financing in less than 30 days with the best rate I could ever find. Prior to them I tried Bank of America and Wellsfargo (who was my mortagage lender for the past 5 years). I really don't know who's worse bank in the whole planet. It was one of e smoothest processes we have ever underwent despite all of the red tape that has come along with obtaining mortgages nowadays.
