Split on my decision
This home buying experience was the most stressful thing that I have every had to go through. It didn't help that I was also very new to what to expect and how information was provided. It seemed that I had to ask every step of the way for information. When it came to gaining information about my closing date I heard it from a third party first and not those who actually handled my loan. I was not very happy with the level and quality of communication as to what was going on with my loan especially when I would jump whenever something was needed.
Watson's Tip: I think the team although very knowledgable about loans and their process is better suited for those who already own loans/homes but maybe not for those who are new homeowners and require more detailed answers and constant communication.
