I'm not sure what you are looking for here. My overall feeling about the process is that your company, and, more specifically, the folks I spoke to are generally professional and knowledgeable. The only issues I had were 1.) my calls were not always returned in a timely manner. At some times, I called back after a few days and don't know if I would have gotten a return call if I hadn't. 2.) As I priced my loan, your price came down as I challenged it (negotiated), however, I was asked to sign the application with the original (and, by that time, incorrect) information as related to interest rate. This was explained to me as to prevent cancelling the original papers that were already approved, and taking the chance of bollixing up the whole process. I had the processor send emails and I printed out the (incorrect) application which I crossed out, made notes on, then scanned and returned as a pdf. In other words, I covered myself...however, this seemed rather messy and somewhat sophomoric.

We have bought several homes and refinance several times over the years and this was absolutely the best mortgage experience I have ever been thru.
