They offer you 5000 incentive but jack their fee up
Phillip's Tip: Respond to emails and phone calls in a timely manner, don't make up excuses about email viruses. Find a better place for closing, the one you choose has no parking. Don't offer a great rate in the beginning. It makes us feel like we got screwed in the end and I still believe we got screw on the APR.

We worked with Matt Andre's team which included: Steve Davenport, Janie Myers, and Tori Messina. Everyone we worked with was extremely personable and professional. They answered all of our questions in a timely manner, and it was obvious they have experience in the industry. Kudos to Steve Davenport who answered all of our questions at the beginning of the process when we were the most nervous about our decision to purchase our first home. You can't go wrong with FBC.
