FBC Experience Review
Never actually talked with Matt Andre throughout the entire process until three days before closing and that was only an email with closing disclosures required by law. I find that extremely odd. If it wasn't for others on the team (Steven Davenport, Matthew Walker) I would rate my experience as one star with Matt Andre.

Second Time User
My loan approval process went very smoothly. I was a little disappointed with the way in which Tracey communicates and organizes files. There were several items that I was asked to re-fax after I had already sent them. Also, at the closing there were documents that we had to sign specific for the lender. One of my documents was missing so the Title Agent had to call FBC and have them create the document. I had to wait 45 minutes for FBC to create the document. Not very efficient.
Chad's Tip: Once you fax documents, email a list of everything that you sent as proof to avoid resending.
