UP FOR THE CHALLENGE
Although this full service mortgage company doesn't have the best rates, they do provide excellent upfront qualification assessment which helps with those unfamiliar with the mortgage process. I would have preferred one contact point through the mortgage process by team of 6 different people did an excellent job with their follow-up to questions. I was impressed when they quickly reacted to lower rates offered by competitor.

Be prepared to hand over a ton of paperwork
The loan process was overwhelming and tedious. This is the worse bank I ever dealt with as far as paperwork and I've purchased 8 different homes. They also never gave a firm commitment until a few days before the closing, although I assumed everything was okay because the builder kept building house. They gave a $2000 in closing credits and then took it away with fees other banks would not charge.
Deborah's Tip: This was the builders bank. I thought they would be easier to deal with but they are not. The people who work there are courteous, but if you can find another bank who will give a credit use them.
