Excellent Service and I rarely give 5 stars
Matt and his staff did a great job of getting the info to and from us. It was a little confusing at times just due to the mountains of paperwork that is required. The electronic communications helped. At one point the loan underwriter was being rather detailed (too much in my opinion) about the sourcing of the down payment. Once I expressed my thoughts the requests were more manageable. All in, it went very well.

Professional, courteous and prompt
Since most people don't mortgage a home every year, the process is always brand new when you go through a new home purchase or a refinance. Matt and his team were very patient with me and all of my questions about our mortgage; they answered my questions as if it was the first time they heard it; they responded to emails and phone within an hour; and worked late into the night to finalize my mortgage the night before my closing. Matt and his team were so professional throughout the entire process and I would have thought that mine was the only mortgage they were working on at the time.
