I would highly recommend FBC Mortgage!
My husband and I used FBC Mortgage, recommended by our builder, David Weekley Homes. I was very happy with all of the instruction and help we received in applying for and receiving our mortgage with FBC. They kept us informed throughout the process and were very responsive whenever we had questions or needed more detail about the mortgage for which we were applying. It had been almost 30 years since we had applied for a mortgage and FBC made this process very straightforward and as painless as possible! I would definitely used FBC Mortgage again, but hopefully that won't be necessary in the near future!!

On our most recent transaction, we were able to close on an investment property within 8 days of notifying Matt. He and his staff are courteous, transparent, efficient and always available during the entire process.
