Working with Brent was a breath of fresh air. We had a major hold up because we were doing a refi with another lender, whereby the proceeds of that transaction were being used as a down payment on the mortgage with Trailblazer. Brent did everything he could possibly do on his end to make it seamless and to help us through the process when our closing was postponed (due to the fault of the other lender). Brent was always responsive and easily accessible. My husband and I are truly grateful for all of his help through this tedious process.

Working with Trailblazer Mortgage was one of the most hellacious experiences of me and my wife’s lives. Our realtor confirmed she has never seen a more ridiculous and complicated process in her career. We were kind, transparent, and did all we could to mitigate the issues, but it was clear that this company was working against us for reasons unknown. Specifically, Karen Grim and Gregory Thomas, who consistently displayed a lack of understanding for their job. They were untrustworthy, rude, condescending, never checked their emails which resulted in us sending the same things over and over again, and would make up different rules and regulations on the spot contradicting everything we were told previously. They constantly talked over us in conversation, hung up on phone calls mid-conversation multiple times, and refused to answer questions. It got to the point where we wrongly had to push our closing day back and were borderline threatened to be pushed back further unless we complied with their ridiculous claims. If it weren’t for my resilient wife and us being dead set on this house, we would’ve abandoned it based solely on our experience with Trailblazer Mortgage. Avoid this company at all costs if you value your sanity.

God sent...
I believe in the power and authority of God. I believe He align people in your life to cross your path for a reason. My husband I have prayed for a while to be able to purchase a home. Our past experiences weren't good. As we started to work with Ron and gotten to know him in those numerous texts, emails and phone calls, I knew he was a "God Sent". I knew that everything we had prayed for was about to align up, although it still feels so surreal. Ron made me feel comfortable, he would answer my questions, I could just feel the patience he had with me, because I worked night shift and would never answer back right away. I'm so glad that my first-time buyer experience was with him, although the process was beyond hectic, he was absolutely patient and understanding with me. I would recommend him to anyone that asks for a lender to help them thru this process. I pray prayers of overflowing blessings to him.
