I am not satisfied with karen. She doesn’t want to help. She always creates problems to make the loan not process. She wasted alot of our time and always gave us wrong calculations. She was never satisfied with what we gave her. Would not recommend her.

Glad it’s over!
Going through this mortgage process was one of the most difficult things I have ever done. I did not enjoy this process at all. That being said, Gordon was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to answer all of my questions and reassure me concerning the numbers. When the FHA team got involved since I no longer qualified for a conventional loan, it became very confusing. There was miscommunication from then on. This made the process more stressful, and I almost decided to forget the whole thing a few days before closing.
Paula's Tip: I prefer to only deal with one person. I was constantly getting emails requesting urgent information, but when I requested information in return it would sometimes take days to get a response.
