Very detailed and made sure everything worked
I will say this, Trailblazer Mortgage works hard for the customers. I have had mortgages several properties in my lifetime and Trailblazer is a hardworking and very professional team. As with any mortgage application process there are times when it seems that it’s just one more piece of paper but everyone is unique and that’s what people need to take into consideration. mr Ron Powell and his team were wonderful and I appreciate them making sure that everything was set up and processed in time for closing

ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY
We had a terrible experience with a lender and reached out to Michael, who is her boss and he NEVER responded. We ended up have nearly 2 interest points (essentially $200,000 over the course of the loan) as a result of this lender's mistake. Other people that were working with her admitted that she had made a mistake in not locking our interest rates in on time and then Michael took no accountability, never even responded to our email.

Will NEVER work with her again!
Karen was our lender for buying an investment property last month. She said that we could "lock in rates with 60 days out," but never reached out to do this. In fact, she reached out out with less than 20 days until closing, essentially FORCING us to work with her AND we could have locked in interested rates at nearly 2 points lower had she told us we were 60 days out. She then took NO accountability and became VERY unresponsive. We actually ended up taking he entire amount of the loan out of our house rather than work with her. The people working with her admitted that she had messed up, but we were given no restoration, no lowering of fees, nothing. In fact, they RAISED their fees with the final documents. I understand making mistakes but to have ZERO accountability is completely unacceptable.

Gordon Palmieri is an excellent Loan Originator. I did at least 12 to 13 home purchases and/or refinances. His response is quick and he knew what we are asking and telling us. If we want to change something in our loan application - he will do it with in no time. Gordon is honest and trust worthy.

Definitely could have been better.
We barely dealt with Ron, we were shunted over to some lady in Florida who was bad at communicating. If it wasn’t for the lender credit we were getting as the neighborhoods preferred lender, we would have switched lenders mid-process. Will not choose in the future.
Natalia's Tip: Unless you’re getting a good credit to use them, look elsewhere.
