BAD RESPONSE
This company started the process with me very well, very kind, then it seems that I didn't qualify and immediately the kindness ended because they never returned my messages, they didn't even take the time to inform me what happened. I assumed that I didn't qualify, but not because they told me but because they never contacted me again. It's unfortunate because even if I didn't qualify, I have hundreds of friends that I could have recommended to do business with them. The least a client deserves is to see the process through to the end, whether good or bad. Esta empresa empezo su proceso conmigo muy bien, muy amables, luego parece que no califique e inmediatamente se acabo la amabilidad porque jamas me regresaron los mensajes, ni siquiera se tomaron el tiempo de informarme que paso. Yo asumi que no califique, pero no porque ellos me dijeran si no porque jamas me volvieron a contactar. Es lamentable porque aunque yo no calificara tengo cientos de amigos que les hubiera podido recomendar para hacer negocios con ellos. Lo minimo que se merece un cliente es que se lleve el proceso hasta el final sea bueno o malo.
