I have a very complicated asset and investment profile. Dan and his team, primarily Kelly, worked exceptionally hard to overcome obstacles and issues of complexity to make this refi happen. It was done for a cost and at a rate that was as good as anything I was able to find online or from more traditional resources, and have had several colleagues interested in whether they should use my lender for their upcoming needs. I've also been asked if I plan on using them again. The answer to both questions is...Yes.

The whole process took a little longer than expected (~5 weeks). My previously refinance took 14 days from initial application to closing. However at the end of the day I'm happy with the lower rate and savings.

Very Pleased
I was very pleased with the process. Simple and easy. I had bought a second home in December where it took me 90 days to close because the broker over promised and under delivered. I ended up with a higher rate than told thus I had to close the deal and then look to refi immediately. This lender walked me through the process and it went as expected and I got a great rate.

Exceptional customer service and unbeatable rates!!!
I decided to refinance after purchasing a house less than a year ago. Home Loans Today offered the best rate and lowest costs (zero cost, had I chosen a slightly higher rate). I found them on Bankrate, and received a call from my loan officer, Anthony Edwards, within minutes of submitting my info. Sometimes that can be annoying and most loan officers can be overly eager and too persistent, but I had a very pleasant fist conversation with Anthony, so in addition to Home Loans Today having the best rate, I felt very confident going with them. My entire experience was simply excellent - no need to go into the boring details - I would refinance with them again (although, I doubt I will ever get a better rate). Looking forward to paying my new mortgage which is $670/month less than my previous. Many thanks!!

Jody and Home Loans team were exceptionally professional in handling my jumbo loan. They have the best rates, best team and a quick but diligent processing. One thing that truly stood out was their EllieMae portal - I have to admit their loan processing technology was far superior than some of the big name banks I have worked with in the past, most of the processing was electronic, online. Highly recommended.
