Phil and Bonnie were excellent throughout the process. They were truly incredible to deal with and were always fast to respond. I was a little worried to use someone I found online, but was very impressed with their response times. They were so quick with my loan that we were able to close 15 days ahead of time. I was able to get a great rate without sacrificing the service side.
Andrew's Tip: The sooner you can get in your documents, the faster the process will go. Dedicate one day to get all the documents ready rather than doing it over a week. I always like to do the tedious work and get it over with.

Conventional loan for rental property
I was very satisfied with the loan process. Communication with both Anthony, the loan officer, and Kelly, the loan processor, was excellent. Anthony was very helpful in setting up the loan and it was really a pleasure working with Kelly. The on-line portal for sending confidential information also worked well. There was more paperwork involved than I expected but this is more than likely routine now days. Closing was delayed but the loan officer and processor were not responsible for the delay. It was a result of very unprofessional delays on the part of the appraisers.

I found the whole process to had been conducted in a very professional manner. Every thing was done as initially laid out. I always received prompt attention and was fully informed of how the process was to take place. Dan is the loan processor for our refinance. The interest rate we got from Dan is very competitive. Dan has given us his full support and our refinance has went through very smoothly. Dan always replied back to our questions with very detailed explanation. We have been taken care of from the beginning to the end. When we move up to a bigger house in several years, we'll look for Dan's help again!

Home Loans with Dan Sullivan, & Bonnie Pater as the loan processor, was the best refi we've ever done. We were taken care of the whole way through with full support. They were very thorough and found things that our previous refi 4 years ago had ignored, which could have been a problem in closing the loan. Everything went as scheduled and we received the rates we were promised on both our home and our rental. Excellent!
