Good mortgage experience
I couldn’t count how many mortgages I’ve had over the years and would rate this experience as one of the best. Ashley and Stephanie were responsive to emails and texts, offering their advice as needed. I do not enjoy the mortgage process with the documents to be submitted, reviewed, signed, etc along the way but this was an easier than normal process. We closed on time, and closing was smooth and easy. I, honestly, hope I never apply for another mortgage but will contact Ashley at FBC if I do.
