The process seems to take forever but it was actually only about 6 weeks from offer acceptance to the closing date. Laura Baker, mortgage loan originator, was very knowledgeable, helpful and supportive throughout. Julie Mycroft, senior loan processor, was also very helpful and knew what she was doing every step of the way. I highly recommend FBC and this team to anyone needing to finance a property.
Patricia's Tip: Be prepared to provide ALL details of your life and finances, past and present. A huge amount of information is required by the underwriters. And, know that your mortgage will be turned over to a different company for servicing at some point after your closing.
