Words cannot express my appreciation for the tireless work that Lenardo did in order to get my loan process to completion. Throughout the entire process he made sure to keep me updated and encouraged that the loan would be closed. I am eternally grateful for his help and how he fought on my behalf and did not make me feel like just another file on his desk. Thank you for all that did!! I was disappointed with the underwriting process, I thought that the Loan Officer Lenardo Mitchell and the Loan Processor Laura Anderson did a great job preparing me for what I needed to do in order to close the loan. Once in the hands of the underwriting department the process appeared to be taking place in a totally different company. The timeliness of the underwriters, requesting the same information more than once and the miscalculations of the finances forced me and my daughter to be displaced for an additional month, which put a damper on an otherwise tolerable process. I truly thank Lenardo and Laura for their support, encouragement and willingness to fight on my behalf in order to get the job done. They are truly the best!!

Exceptional service
Purchasing a new build home still under construction proved to be an exhausting process with the set backs and delays. However, Mike Bedell with FBC Mortgage made the mortgage process seamless and easy. On day one he told us what we needed to get the loan approved and we weren’t constantly asked to provide additional documents that they didn’t request from the beginning. We were contacted frequently to be updated on where our loan stood without prompting. Overall a great experience and would recommend Mike and his team to anyone looking to purchase a new house!

Simple and Easy Lender Process!
I am a first time home buyer, and FBC was recommended by my Dad. He had never actually used FBC before, but they were recommend by his previous realtor.
