My experience was unique but buying a house is special for all. My realtor, Dawne Nuri recommended FBC. It was going to be a Rehab loan but the buyer postponed and eventually backed out. I found another house the very next day that would pass inspection and did not need a rehab. Eric Remy changed the loan to conventional. Between my realtor and the expertise of Eric Remy and staff I was able to close in a months time.
Gail's Tip: Get pre-qualified, don't be alarmed by the paperwork in person or on line. Eric Remy and staff were always willing to help. Even post closing they are there for you.

Poor service
Difficult to get a hold of. Never returned calls or emails. Gave inaccurate advice regarding interest rates, told us it’s not a big deal to spend a few extra hundred dollars, and had to submit a ridiculous amount of extra paperwork the week of closing in order to close on time after being told be we did all we needed to.
Amanda's Tip: You really don’t matter, go with a lender who will at least act like they care and want to help you. Do your own research and push to get the information you need and the paperwork done.
