Great Service Under Challenging circumstances
We went under contract and closed on our new house within 30 days. In addition, we closed on our existing house on the same day. The closing on our existing house was in doubt until the literally the last second. Shelly was absolutely fantastic every step of the way. I would highly recommend her

Easy to Deal with
Shelly is great to work with. Easy, not demanding and seemed to be able to predict what would be needed in advance. She request probably more than was needed in advance. That eliminates lots of last minute pressures that we have had at other closings. Overall we were extremely happy with her and her quick responses to our questions and concerns. Would repeat with Shelly if the need arises.
