I haven't purchased a home in nearly 20 years, so I was a bit nervous given all the issues with the housing market over the past few years. Shelly was absolutely fantastic! She worked hard to get the rate and closing date that worked for me and was always ready to answer any and all questions. The purchase couldn't have been smoother. Great Service
I was extremely pleased with the service received from our loan officer. She was very efficient and asked for all necessary documents early in the process. She helped me get the right loan for my situation and made the process understandable. I would definately go to FBC for any future needs.

FBC Mortgages
My wife and I used FBC as there was an incentive from the builder for using them. Overall, they were OK. However as we got closer to the last 2-3 weeks of closing, underwriting apparently could not/would not comprehend what "permanently disabled" meant and I was asked for a slew of irrelevant information that greatly inconvenienced me and was not used anyway later. It put a damper on the process and made it a less than plesant experience in the end. Shelly did a pretty good job and so did Cathy Lee.
Victor's Tip: Allow client to pick closing time. We could not move the closing earlier as it was convenient for FBC to close later. Apparently, FBC does not show great interest in making a closing convenient at an hour that works for the consumer.
