When we encountered inevitable snags and speed bumps along the way he was easy to contact and always stayed in touch with me to let me know where we were in the process. He always took a proactive approach to fixing problems and when the underwriter was giving me unnecessary trouble on some account transactions at my bank Mike stepped up and sorted everything out quickly and efficiently. He runs a tight ship and I couldn't be more happy with his service
