My experience could of been better...
I really enjoyed my lender, Mike. The only problem I really had was that they waited for the day before and the day of closing to throw new issues at me. The day before closing they neglected to inform me that they didnt get my fiances employment from out of state verified yet. Come to find out the processor provided inaccurate information to my fiances old job, therefore the request was not returned to the processor. Then the day of I had to scramble around for our gift-er and our own bank statements. It was extremely overwhelming so close to closing and I felt like my experience could of been much better. But all in all I appreciate Mike's willingness to keep in contact with me the day of the closing and tried to help calm me down from being so anxious.
