Quick service, a few mistakes were made, one pushed out closing back a day because it was discovered 50 minutes before signing. The appraiser picked through their selector included unusable land (bc it's under water) in our appraised price.

Mike Bedell is knowledgable, accessible, and makes you feel like you're the only client he has. I had been working with Mike for about year. It was a year that every house I wanted ended up selling or being taken off the Market. I spoke with Mike on a regular basis, after all this time that passed Mike made me feel as a friend of his. It never felt like he was rushed or didnt want to help. I finally found the house and closed just last week and Mike came out to my Closing. It was the best feeling to have Mike there for my first closing on my first house. MIKE THANKS AGAIN!!!!!! MIKE IS THE BEST IN MY OPINION

Mike and his team at FBC were exceptionally helpful and supportive from the beginning to end of my recent home buying process. I purchased a Fannie Mae home using a VA Loan Guarantee, both of which add additional time requirements and red tape to closing a loan. To say the least there were problems from day one getting the stars to align so we could get in the house BUT none of the problems were because of FBC. If it were not for Mike pushing the process along, I'm not sure if we would have actually gotten the house. Unbelievably, the whole process from finding a house to closing only took about 60 days and that included a roof repair completed by Fannie Mae before closing! If you want a fair lender that will tell you all the facts without sugar coating and do whatever it takes to get you in your home, call Mike!
Jade's Tip: When you get ready to by a house, be ready to hit the ground running. The process can go much quicker than expected. The last thing you want is to hold up the process because of your own untimeliness in the process.
