I must say being a first time homeowner you all the horrible stories about what the experience can be like. But Team Taylor made the whole process seamless. Had a very good experience with FBC. They were very attentive and required a lot of documentation. The closing went very smooth and no last minute issues.

The Perfect Team for 1st Time Homebuyer
As first time homebuyers, the whole process was a bit intimidating and overwhelming, but Kelly and her team were so helpful. She walked us through everything - sometimes multiple times - and our loan process was super smooth. She and her team followed up with me when items were missing, they were always available to answer questions and are super quick to respond to emails and/or phone calls. I felt like a priority and was always confident we were in good hands. I would recommend Kelly to anyone.
