I can honestly say that Kelly and her team went above and beyond to make our closing as stress free as possible. They answered any questions I threw at them no matter how many times a day I called them. They were available and responded in a timely manner each time I needed them. They were also very patient and kind with all of my craziness. I appreciated that more than they know.
Tonya's Tip: Just make sure the HOA person is notified of the closing if they normally prefer to be there...it could just cause a ripple effect of minor issues for homeowner after move in date. (Like no hot water for 3 days!!) LOL :)

My home search was quite lengthy, as I was very particular about the location/price/potential of the property I was looking for. In addition to that, I offered on several properties that fell thru for one reason or another (short sale was disapproved, property failed contingencies, etc.). When I finally the one I ended up purchasing, the closing process was delayed by Hurricane Irma. Throughout this experience, Kelly and the FBC Team were always available and responsive to keep me abreast of the process and current loan options and details and really helped through the confusing and stressful time during the final close and dealing with the impact of the storm on the closing timeline. They made the whole transaction as easy and smooth as anyone could ever hope for.
Matthew's Tip: When comparing estimates from multiple lenders, take the time to really break down the itemized closing costs to be sure you're comparing apples to apples. Of course, rate matters, but be sure to understand the many other items to make a fair comparison. And make sure to look for omissions - costs that you will incur that may have been overlooked in the GFE.

Outstanding Service for a veterean
From the beginning all paperwork was done securely online at a secure web site. However we decided to drive down for one of the big paper crunches. All questions were answered quickly and professionally. They even suggested I do a VA loan since I was a disabled Vet. Was planning on a conventional loan but after discussing the issue went with a VA loan.
Earl's Tip: Maybe a print out of what the buyer pays with this specific builder. The builder we used pays all closing costs but not all costs are considered closing. Sometimes this gets confusing.

Sorry, but 5 stars aren't enough for Kelly Taylor.. This wonderful person had gone above and. Ego do to make our loan transition as smooth and worry free as possible.. A perfect example, I had a question concerning our loan... it was a Sunday afternoon, so I knew I would be able to leave a message for her and she would address it on Monday and then respond... I can tell you right now, this amazing person called me back within an hour of leaving the message and addressed our questions right then and there on a Sunday Afternoon.... She kept things so simple for us and always made us feel comfortable talking to her, like she was family. I also have to commend Kelly's team of top notch loan officers and underwriters for making our loan process a smooth one. People reading this review and looking for someone to handle your loan???
