I have used FBC mortgage in the past and I had such a great experience that we decided to use them again this time. They are simply the best company to deal with and make the process so easy and painless. Team Taylor Rocks!
Yes that's right, they ROCK. The communication was excellent and they were ready with my clear to close long before my closing date. When the property had a hiccup with the survey they stayed on top of things and kept me informed along the way. They were always there to reassure me if I ever got anxious. I would recommend them to anyone.
Colleen's Tip: Get your documents in quickly. They will let you know what you need but, always be prepared to document your income, bank statements (2 months), tax returns, gift letters etc.

I have had some experience with financing ,i.e. mortgage, small loans, re-finance, etc. and I can honestly say I have never had a better, more efficient experience. I've had a life long dream of having a house near the beach and with the help of Kelly Taylor and Yvette Cortes, they helped me see that dream come true. They answered all my questions and were very patient with me in helping me understand the process. They were wonderful to work with.
Beverly's Tip: Do your homework - make a list of what is important to you - where you want to be - check out the neighborhood where you will live - notice what type of businesses/shopping/schools, etc. are near - if the homes and yards are kept up - make sure the condition of the home, the A/C, the appliances, the plumbing, the electric, the roof, etc. are all in good condition - make a list of what you will need to repair or change and the estimated cost -after you check all that, follow your instincts. You will feel it, when it is the "right" one.
